Assisting the largest social media community in resolving enquiries empathetically, accurately and on time as a content moderator. You will become and remain knowledgeable about the most updated social media products and community standards. On a daily basis you will be asked to:
Make well balanced decisions and stay personally driven to be an effective advocate for the online community.
Display a strong bias to doing what’s right for the online community.
Investigate and resolve reported issues, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of the online community of users.
A content moderator is always on guard, maintaining the online reputation of a business in a continuously changing and demanding online world. They screen, monitor and approve content in compliance with the website’s guidelines. By promoting excellent customer service, they help cultivate a strong and active community around the brand.
Social media content moderators ensure that all information and data (different types of articles, images, videos and audio clips etc.) uploaded by users are compliant with intellectual property rights or do not contain inappropriate content that may scare away users. Content moderators help build up an entertaining and compelling experience by keeping content focused on the interests of the community.
